Order Processing Time
All prepaid orders are processed within 24-48 working hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no additional standard shipping charges applied at checkout.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy
To reduce order fraud and ensure smooth deliveries, COD orders require partial advance payment.
Orders Below ₹1,000
- ₹199 must be paid in advance.
- ₹200 COD handling charge will be added to the final payable amount at delivery.
Orders Between ₹1,000-₹5,000
- 10% of the order value must be paid in advance.
- ₹200 COD handling charge will be added to the final payable amount at delivery.
Orders Above ₹5,000
- Cash on Delivery is not available. Only prepaid orders are accepted.
COD availability may vary depending on serviceability and courier partner policies.
Logistics & Delivery Partners
We ship orders through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery and other reputed courier services depending on your location and serviceability.
For same-day delivery within Delhi, we use Porter or other hyperlocal logistics partners, subject to order confirmation time and availability.
If you require express or priority shipping, additional charges may apply based on urgency and delivery location.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be shared via SMS and/or email once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Maskman Toys is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers must ensure accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept a COD order, re-shipping charges may apply.
