Refund policy

At Maskman Toys, we strive to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

Lost in Transit

If an order is confirmed as lost or misplaced by the courier partner during transit, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method after verification with the logistics partner.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Delivered

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, a clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • The product being removed from the box
  • Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item

After verification, we will offer one of the following resolutions, depending on the case and product availability:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund to the original payment method

In case of replacement, the reverse pickup will be arranged from our side at no additional cost. All resolutions will be processed as per our internal verification standards. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for resolution.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Payment

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a partial advance payment is collected to confirm order authenticity. If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or not accepted after multiple delivery attempts, the advance amount paid will be non-refundable. Additionally, the ₹200 paid at the time of delivery is collected as COD handling charges, which are also non-refundable.

Orders Returned Due to Customer Unavailability

If an order is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts (typically 3-4 attempts) due to customer unavailability, unanswered calls, or refusal to accept delivery, a processing and handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or discounted/promotional purchases. Returns are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification and submission of a valid unboxing video.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method and are typically initiated within 7-10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are not supported at this time.
